Tip: Look for a separate lineup near the ticket booth for special needs

It is most often referred to as "Guest Services". Ask if they have any special arrangements available for people with disabilities. In addition to discounts, there may be other options available too.

We happened across this ourselves recently when we visited the a local attraction called Fantasy Fair.

Although there were no signs posted anywhere, and no indication on the price list, the cashier took one look at my son in the wheelchair, and offered a significant disability discount.

I'm grateful of course that the person took the initiative. But, if it's company policy, surely they could post it for everyone to see?

If you know of any other 'hidden' benefits for people with disabilities, be sure to let us know!
