senior who is mentally disabled in Nevada
by: terry L rogers

I live in a senior apts. complex and mentally I am totally disabled but I can still live alone. I use microwave and have know problems with my living conditions.

My question is that I live in a one bedroom and even though I was legally seperated when moved in I am getting divorced now which is over a year now and I was paying $509,00 a month this whole time I have been living here.

Now that I will be loosing my own disability check and not my exhusbands too anymore I was told my rent will decrease now.

My question is why do I have to go to a different apartment now that I lost that monies and it will still be a one bedroom apartment.

This means I have to hire movers and pay for a days wages to move everything in my one bedroom apartment for probably the same apartment I am now in. This just doesn't make any sense to me the only answer I received was it will be cheaper. But how can it be cheaper when it has one bedroom like the one I am presently in now.

Please explain,
Terry L. Rogers
