Products are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. If that happens (not likely), we will ask if you prefer to cancel your order.
We try to minimize your delivery fees wherever possible. Wherever possible, we'll have items shipped to you directly from our supplier in order to avoid cross-border charges.
You'll also notice that in some cases we will refer you directly to our affiliate for order processing. In that instance, the delivery, shipping and guarantee policies in effect are those of the affiliate that you purchase directly from.

After a return has been authorized, you my return the item to us within 30 days via insured parcel post or UPS to the address specified in the authorization.
