Myasthenia Gravis and Neurotherapy

I am unmarried woman aged 29 years. I am suffering from congenital Myasthenia Gravis (congenital Myasthenic Syndrome). At present, I am taking Pyridostigmine bromide 60mg daily 5 tabs.
I am also suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (bad thoughts of God) since 2 years.
Will these both diseases be cured through Neurotherapy ?
