Disability discounts available in Canada

We have a sister site called Special Need Child Canada that provides information on disabilities that is specific to Canada.

Although that site is primarily aimed at children with special needs, the Canadian disability discounts that are identified there apply to anyone with a disability, so it's worth checking out regardless of your age.

For instance, one great benefit that is available right across Canada is free movie admission. Surprisingly few people know about it. But, for many families it can become a valuable destination for entertainment.

As far as I know, there is no similar program available in the US or other countries. If you do hear of anything like it though in your area, please let us know by adding your comments at the bottom of this page.
