Autistic features

My son is 2 years and 3 months old. He was very normal before 8 months. All his milestones were perfect. He was talking for all his needs. His speech went down slowly. When I approached a speech therapist, he told that my son has developed some autistic features. After a month of speech therapy he has restarted talking few words. His behavior is also have modified. But responding to his name is still a problem to him.
Can you help in fixing out this problem?
